Below is an outline of what we may do. 1 jog to warm up 2 box sprints (cones) With exercises at each station Sprint 1st cone 20 squat jumps
Sprint 2nd cone 20 burpees Sprint 3rd cone 20 squat jumps Hill sprints 20 press ups
Hill sprints 20 burpees EACH PERSON WILL BURN LOADS OF CALORIES
EACH PERSON WILL FEEL FITTER. Fitness weekends.

Then these workouts can help. Sweat and Smile in conjunction with Bushey Heath Farm offers residential courses.
Arrive on a Friday and leave on the Sunday workout, see below for a sample agenda.
Arrival Friday pm and have an 'easy' workout.
Saturday am endure a hard core workout.
Lunch
Saturday pm full blown army style workout provided by me - ex soldier! (QRIH).
Dinner
Sunday am early morning run.
Sunday mid morning another full blown workout.
Sunday pm either leave for home or have another workout.
Residential Monday to Friday fitness courses.
For those of you that want to enjoy a week's worth of fitness activities that include what you get on a weekend but much more such as a full day's mountain biking, aromatherpy massage, lectures on nutriton and workouts that require no equipment. Then try our courses also held at Bushey Heath Farm, arrive on a Monday and leave on a Friday
Of course the above is only a sample, as we do also offer Guided Mountain Bike rides, Aromatherapy massage and Personal Training.
These are ideal for Hen or Stag parties and naturally there is time for a drink in a local pub in Tideswell.
These are also ideal for those just looking for something different to do.

Both are lovely family run places and offer excellent value for money and are ideal to stay at if you want to visit the Peak District, when booking please mention Sweat and Smile Personal Training along with the activties you require or are interested in.
