Exercise for the Over 40's, 50's, 60's and beyond.

If you are reading this you are probably thinking about starting a fitness program. We at sweat and Smile Personal Training offer many types of programs and personal training for the over 40's. We will assess your fitness levels and then design a program that can be integrated into your daily life, remember you don't always need equipment as often body weight offers the best solution. The best solution may not be Personal Training but simply a program you can do at home on your own or at the gym, both of which will be worked out to the correct intensity for you.

I am 42 years old and run regularly both at National and Regional level cross country for Buxton AC, my running club. I'm also the leader on our Guided Mountain bike rides in and around the Peak District. In the picture below is me after i had finished doing a red grade route.

So our ethos is age does not deter you from being fit, it's often a state of mind that does, so for a chat about how you can become more active call Sweat and Smile on 07914817073. In fact at this years Chatsworth 10k i noticed a number of people running who were well into their 80's.

Finally come along to our circuit class in Tideswell in the Peak District, located near Bradwell, Hope and Calver and you will see the average age of those that come is 44 years old.
