Self Myofascial Release with a Foam Roller

Self Myofascial release (SMR) is not a new idea and over the years many of my clients have benefited from doing it. In simple terms it is a form of self massage involving stretching and manipulation of the tough connective tissues that surround the body. There are many tools that can be used but I feel that the best is a FOAM ROLLER. the exercises I give are effective on specific areas.
